Tests Applied
The following routine and type tests stipulated by TS 267 are applied to transformers whose assembly is completed and oil filling is completed after drying.
Routine Tests
- Measuring winding resistances
- Checking polarity or connection group
- Measurement of short circuit voltage and load losses
- Measurement of no-load losses and current
- Induced voltage test
- Applied voltage test
- Measuring insulation resistances
- Measurement of Dc Insulation resistance
Special Tests
- Control of oil breakdown voltage
- Measurement of lost angle (tg) (DUBLE experiment)
- Measuring Paint Thickness
Type Tests
- Temperature increase (Warming experiment)
- Temperature increase (heating test)
- Full wave impact test Measurement of audible noise level
- boiler omar test) (for Hermetic Transformers
- Mechanical resistance test against short circuits
(This test is carried out abroad in CESI/ITALY, IPH/GERMANY test laboratories.)
Except for the mechanical strength test against short circuits, all other types of tests are carried out in our company's laboratory.
