It is used for cooling and preservation of insulation material in oil-based transformers. Depending on the cooling surfaces, transformers up to 3150 KVA are manufactured with wave walls, and transformers with higher powers are manufactured as boilers with radiators.
CNC controlled plasma machine is used in boiler manufacturing. Boilers, whose assembly and welding work is completed, are subjected to leakage testing under pressure according to IEC standards. Vacuum resistance of wavy wall boilers is designed to be 0.65 bar, and radiator boilers are designed to be 1 bar. Boilers, which are manufactured according to customer demand, are subjected to sandblasting. The boiler cover is designed to take the winding ends out.
There are insulators, phase marking, lifting ears for lifting the active part, thermometer pocket, grounding bushing and additional equipment on the cover.
