01 HERMETIC PROTECTION RELAY
It is preferred in hermetic designs. The relay shows gas discharge, oil temperature and internal pressure in the boiler. It is used in transformers larger than 500 KVA. The relay has two contacts each for gas discharge, boiler pressure and oil temperature.
02 ALCOHOL THERMOMETER
The alcohol thermometer only measures the temperature of transformer oil.
It is used for observation purposes and is non-contact.
03 NEMALICI
Connected to the oil expansion tank, when the oil volume changes, it captures the moisture in the air passing through it and prevents moisture from passing into the oil. The size of the dehumidifier used depends on the amount of oil and air
04 PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE
It is preferred in hermetic designs. It protects the Transformer boiler in case of a sudden pressure rise. It is mounted on the cover. If the boiler is exposed to the internal pressure for which the valve is set, the valve opens and prevents the boiler from rupturing by compensating the pressure thanks to the oil discharge. Then, it automatically closes again and can be used with contact if desired.
05 CONTACT OIL TEMPERATURE THERMOMETER
There is a Maximum indicator showing the Maximum temperature reached by the oil in the transformer and it can be reset with a button at the bottom. Oil temperature I can be read up to 20°C. There are two adjustable contacts. Electrical values of micro switches are 5A 250 VAC or 0.2A, 250VDC.
06 MAGNETIC OIL LEVEL INDICATOR
It is used to monitor the oil level in the Vag Expansion Tank. When transformer oil is changed, the oil level is shown on the indicator with a magnetically connected float. The setting of the magnetic oil level indicator depends on the diameter of the expansion tank, if desired, contact level indicators can also be used.
07 BUCHHOLZ RELAY
It is connected with pipes between the transformer case and the oil expansion tank. It is used to protect the transformer in case of a malfunction that may occur in the electrical equipment inside the transformer. Insulation in case of malfunction
When gas is released in the materials, it accumulates in the chamber while passing through the relay, pushing the float down or, in case of sudden malfunctions, activating the valve as the oil moves rapidly, causing the contacts to operate. There are two independent contacts in the relay for Trip and Alarm. These are: 5A, 250VAC or 0.2A, 250VDC.
